Led by Ernesto, our dedicated osteopath, we bring a wealth of expertise and experience to Sevenoaks. Ernesto’s impressive credentials include a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Osteopathy, a professional Doctorate, and an MSc in Orthopaedics from UCL, where he focused on orthopaedic conditions and surgical recovery.

His experiences as a former member of the Special Forces and a performer with the National Ballet add a distinctive depth to our practice. APPOINTMENT TYPES

FIRST APPOINTMENT
During your first visit, we'll gather detailed information about your complaint, medical history, lifestyle, and activities. A comprehensive physical examination will follow, assessing your entire body for any restrictions or weaknesses. Comfortable clothing is advised. Afterward, we'll discuss the findings, provide a diagnosis, and outline a treatment plan.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION
Following the initial appointment, additional consultations may be needed to complete treatment. Duration varies based on progress, with some requiring only one session while others need a series of visits. Each treatment plan is customised to the patient's needs, without predetermined session limits.

CRUZ WELLNESS PLAN
Optimise your health with the Cruz Wellness Plan, a straightforward investment in your well-being. This annual membership entitles you to 12 monthly appointments at a discounted rate.
Monthly Orthopedic Checkups:
Regular Price: £65 per checkup for up to 45 minutes
Member Benefit: 12 checkups for £650 (value £780)
If you need further sessions this plan also enables you to book a follow up (30 minutes) at a discounted rate of £57 (value £60)
£250 deposit required upfront, the remaining balance will be paid after the first appointment.
